At the July 2004 Board Meeting, your Directors decided to ask Alcoa
to take action to move buoys that have been incorrectly placed, in the
Associations view, around Eagle Point Nature Preserve. This is an area
of the lake near Emerald Bay and Panther Point, and the buoys are blocking
a large area of the lake. For more detail, read the letter we sent to

The Association advises Alcoa on January 31, 2004 of concerns about below normal precipitation, below normal river flows, and the potential to repeat the problems of 2002 if the lake levels are not brought up and power generation (discharges) are limited to inflow rates . . .
